Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 9th September 2025

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) explain how you can use the One Place app. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them.

1. Your licence to use the app

We give you a personal, limited, non-exclusive licence to use One Place. This licence:

  • Is for your own personal use only.

  • Does not mean you own the software — we keep all rights and ownership.

  • Can’t be sold, transferred, or sublicensed to anyone else.

2. What you can do

  • Save your own content (like text and images).

  • Share content with other apps (like your calendar).

  • Use the app as intended to plan and organise.

3. What you cannot do

You agree not to:

  • Break the law or encourage others to do so.

  • Upload unlawful, harmful, or offensive content.

  • Copy, sell, rent, or sublicense the app.

  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to discover how the app works.

  • Interfere with or damage the app.

4. Payments

The app is free right now. In the future, we may add paid features, subscriptions, or ads. If that happens, we’ll clearly explain the terms before you pay or use those features.

5. No guarantees

We provide the app “as is”, without any promises or warranties. We can’t guarantee that:

  • The app will always work without errors or interruptions.

  • The app will meet your exact needs.

You should check if the app is suitable for you before relying on it.

6. Our responsibility

  • We are not responsible if you miss deadlines, events, or suffer losses by relying on the app.

  • To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you’ve paid to use the app (currently £0).

  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

7. Ending or suspending accounts

We may suspend or close your account if you break these Terms or misuse the app. You can stop using the app at any time by deleting your account.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes will be handled by UK courts.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we’ll let you know in the app or by email.
