4. Sharing information

If you choose to share a plan with others, you are responsible for the content you share and for ensuring you have the right to share it. Shared links may be accessible to anyone who receives them, and we are not responsible for how others use or distribute the information once you share it. You agree not to share any content that is unlawful, harmful, or violates someone else’s rights. You can stop sharing at any time by deactivating the shareable link or removing the user.

5. Payments

The app is free right now. In the future, we may add paid features, subscriptions, or ads. If that happens, we’ll clearly explain the terms before you pay or use those features.

-
We are not responsible if you miss deadlines, events, or suffer losses by relying on the app.
-
To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you’ve paid to use the app (currently £0).

We may suspend or close your account if you break these Terms or misuse the app. You can stop using the app at any time by deleting your account.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes will be handled by UK courts.
